As all our products are custom made to order, we only issue refunds for faulty products. However, if you’ve been unlucky and ordered the wrong size, please email us on email@example.com and we can arrange an exchange in the correct size. Items must be kept in new condition in original packaging with tags attached. We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not comply with the above criteria or bear visible signs of wear and use.
Please note that we do not offer returns and exchanges on bespoke items or goods that have been specially customised.
Exchange and return process:
- Send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org, please always refer to your order number in communication with us.
- You will receive a return confirmation by email along with a return slip. Please return the goods as soon as possible, no later than 14 days, after receiving the confirmation from us.
- You return the item with a shipping method of your choice*. Simply post the goods to be returned in a box or protected envelope along with the order number and return slip to:

*Please write “RETURN AND REPAIRS” on the outside of the package to ensure a swift transit through any customs offices it may encounter. Excluding this information can result in a delay of your return – and in worst case the customs office will send the package back to your address.
Customers are responsible for all products until they reach us, so for your own ease of mind its best to send the package with a traceable service and provide us with a valid tracking number. Return shipping costs are not covered by Canem Studio.
Faulty goods: Once we have received and inspected the returned faulty goods, we will refund the total value of the product(s). A refund will automatically be issued using the same payment method carried through at purchase.
